The Self-Reclamation Program

This transformational 12-week program of personal coaching and hypnotherapy, guided by my unique 4-step framework, is designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters to you and release what’s holding you back from moving towards what you want for your life.

Some of the changes you can expect through this program:

  • A clearer understanding of yourself and what you truly need.

  • Relief from constant second-guessing and mental processing.

  • Release of fears, habits, and coping mechanisms that are not serving you.

  • Ability to prioritize your own well-being without guilt.

  • Healthier boundaries in both personal and professional relationships.

  • A greater sense of direction, calm and confidence.

Hypnotherapy is integrated as a collaborative and supportive process to work with patterns or blocks at a subconscious level. This may include areas such as confidence-related challenges, fears or phobias, emotional patterns, or unwanted habits or behaviors.

Sessions are thoughtfully paced and tailored to you, taking place online via Zoom from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you prefer to join from.

About Sigrid

I'm a nurse practitioner working in academia as a PhD researcher and teaching at a Master's program in advanced practice nursing.

After going through several life-altering transitions back-to-back in my early thirties, I felt a pull towards helping other women with the knowledge and tools I'd acquired along the way. I got certified as a life coach, and later discovered hypnotherapy. Based on my professional background, personal life experience, and my coaching and hypnotherapy training, I’ve developed a unique 4-step framework (The Self-Reclamation Method™) that I guide my clients through.

This work has become a great passion of mine, and I love seeing how it contributes to positive change. I’m especially grateful to witness how powerful it is to combine working on the conscious and subconscious level. Many of my clients have described our work together as life-changing.

I'm born and raised in Norway and currently based in Oslo where I live with my husband. Most of my coaching and hypnotherapy takes place online via Zoom, and I work with both Norwegian and international clients.
